The Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser with a dual exhaust design for top and side air discharge. With a width of 30 inches, it boasts an impressive production capacity of approximately 600 pounds of ice per 24 hours at 70 °/50 ° (or 455 pounds at 90 °/70 °). This unit produces half-size ice cubes and is equipped with PURE ICE ® built-in antimicrobial protection. It includes an LED status display and one-touch controls for sanitization and descaling. The food zone components are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the unit meets cULus, NSF, CE standards and is BPA-free.
