The Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser with dual exhaust for top/side air discharge. Measuring 22 inches in width, it produces approximately 896 pounds of ice in 24 hours at 70 °/50 ° (711 pounds at 90 °/70 °). This unit creates half-size cubes and includes PURE ICE ® built-in antimicrobial protection. It is equipped with an LED status display and one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling. The food zone components are dishwasher safe, and the unit meets cULus, NSF, and CE standards while being BPA free.
