The Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser with dual exhaust for both top and side air discharge. Measuring 30 inches in width, it produces approximately 896 pounds of ice per 24 hours at ambient conditions of 70 °/50 ° (or 711 pounds at 90 °/70 °). This unit produces full-size cubes and includes PURE ICE ® built-in antimicrobial protection. It is equipped with an LED status display and one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling. The food zone components are dishwasher safe, and the unit complies with cULus, NSF, CE standards and is BPA-free.
