It is equipped with two locking glass doors and comes with eight adjustable shelves, suitable for full-size sheet pans. The unit includes an electronic thermostat, clip-on shelf tag holders, and maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, which is clearly displayed on a digital LED screen. Additionally, it has a condensate evaporator and utilizes R290 refrigerant. The interior and front sides are constructed of stainless steel for durability and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced by four swivel casters, two of which are braked, and it features a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with a 1/4 HP compressor, powered at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.5 amp draw, including NEMA 5-15P compatibility. It meets cULus and UL EPH standards for safety and efficiency.
