Its dimensions are 81 inches in width, 32-7/10 inches in depth, and 82-3/10 inches in height. This unit is equipped with three locking solid stainless steel doors and nine adjustable shelves, perfectly suited for accommodating full-size sheet pans. The electronic thermostat allows for a temperature range of 0°F to -10°F, displayed on a digital LED screen for easy monitoring. The freezer is designed with a condensate evaporator and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a stainless steel interior and front and sides, it ensures durability and ease of cleaning. The unit is mounted on four swivel casters, two of which are braked, and features a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system powered by a 1-1/4 HP compressor. It operates at 115/208-230V/60/1-ph with a current draw of 9.0 amps and is compliant with NEMA L14-20P, cULus, and UL EPH standards.
