Ikon IGCO-2 Cooking Dual Convection Ovens with Gas Option and Dimensions

The IKON Cooking Dual Convection Ovens feature a robust design with gas operation, measuring 38.12 inches in width and 44.37 inches in depth. Each oven includes two IGCO single ovens equipped with three 18,000 BTU inshot burners. The ovens boast oven-ready lights, Fenwal electronic ignition, and FAST electronic thermostats complemented by manual timer controls. With a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F (66°C to 260°C), they also include a forced cool-down fan mode and are powered by two 2-speed, 1/2 HP fan motors. The right-side control panel offers easy access, while the pull-down drawer enhances convenience. Each oven is fitted with two halogen interior lights and five nickel-plated racks, providing ten rack positions per oven. Additional features include a rear anchor point, a stainless steel exterior (front, sides, and top), a porcelain enamel interior, and glass window doors. The total output is 108,000 BTU, and the ovens meet CSA sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame standards.
