Equipped with two powerful 30,000 BTU U-shape burners, it boasts a 3/4-inch polished steel griddle plate for optimal cooking performance. The design includes two gas control knobs, double-wall insulated sides, and welded back and side splash guards for added safety. Additionally, it has a rear flue and a removable grease drawer measuring 3-1/4 inches with a weep hole and baffle for efficient grease management. A 4-inch wide grease trough helps contain spills, while the stainless steel cabinet and adjustable legs with non-skid feet ensure stability. With a total output of 60,000 BTU, this griddle meets CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame standards for quality and safety.
