The IKON Refrigeration Pizza Prep Table features a spacious one-section design with a capacity of 12 cu. ft. Dimensions are 47-2/5 in W x 32-1/3 in D x 41-7/10 in H. It includes a stainless steel raised pan rail that holds (6) 1/3 GN pans (included) and a removable polyethylene cutting board. The unit has (1) solid hinged door and (1) adjustable shelf for added convenience. An electronic thermostat allows for a temperature range of 33º - 40ºF, which can be monitored via a digital LED temperature display, while automatic defrost simplifies maintenance. The interior is designed with a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The top, front, and sides are constructed of stainless steel, ensuring durability. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant, with a 1/2 HP compressor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 5.0 amps and comes equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified for quality and safety.
