The IKON Refrigeration Pizza Prep Table features a two-section design with dimensions of 70-4/5 in W x 32-1/3 in D x 41-7/10 in H. It includes a stainless steel raised pan rail that holds (9) 1/3 GN pans (provided) and comes with a removable polyethylene cutting board. This unit is equipped with (4) drawers, an electronic thermostat that allows for a temperature range of 33° - 40°F, and a digital LED temperature display. The automatic defrost system ensures efficient operation. The interior consists of a 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs, while the top, front, and sides are made from stainless steel. It has a side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant. The table is fitted with 4 in casters (2 braked) for mobility, operates at 1/2 HP, and runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 5.0 amps with a cord connected via NEMA 5-15P. It holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
