The IKON Refrigeration Pizza Prep Table features a two-section design with a generous capacity of 22 cu. ft. Measuring 70-4/5 inches in width, 32-1/3 inches in depth, and 41-7/10 inches in height, it boasts a stainless steel raised pan rail that holds up to nine 1/3 GN pans, which are included. This model includes a removable polyethylene cutting board, two solid hinged doors, and two adjustable shelves for flexible storage.

Equipped with an electronic thermostat, it maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, as indicated by a digital LED temperature display. The automatic defrost feature ensures optimal performance. Inside, the unit features a durable 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs, complemented by a stainless steel top, front, and sides.

Its side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and operates with a 1/2 HP motor on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 5.0 amps.
