The IKON Refrigeration Pizza Prep Table offers a spacious three-section design with a 32 cu. ft. capacity. Measuring 94-1/5 in W x 32-1/3 in D x 41-7/10 in H, it features a stainless steel raised pan rail that fits (12) 1/3 GN pans, which are included. A removable polyethylene cutting board enhances functionality, while the three solid hinged doors and three adjustable shelves provide ample storage space. The electronic thermostat offers a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, easily monitored via a digital LED temperature display. The table is equipped with automatic defrost and has a durable interior made of 304 stainless steel flooring, aluminum back walls, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior comprises stainless steel for the top, front, and sides, alongside a side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant. The unit is conveniently mobile on 4-inch casters, with two featuring brakes.
