The IKON Cooking Radiant Broiler features a powerful gas system with dimensions of 36 inches wide by 34.4 inches deep. It boasts three U-shaped burners, each offering 35,000 BTUs, and is equipped with durable 10-gauge cast iron radiants. Additional highlights include a rear flue, adjustable manual controls, and 3-position cast iron grates for versatile cooking options. The unit also has a front-lit pilot light, double wall insulated sides, and splash guards on the back and sides. A removable full-width crumb tray facilitates easy cleaning, while a rear gas regulator ensures optimal performance. Crafted from stainless steel, the cabinet is complemented by adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet. With a total output of 105,000 BTUs, this broiler meets CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame standards.
