Measuring 28-9/10 inches in width, 29-9/10 inches in depth, and 43-1/5 inches in height, it boasts a stainless steel top accommodating (8) 1/6 pans, which are included. This unit is equipped with a solid hinged door and an adjustable shelf for added convenience. The removable cutting board enhances functionality, while the electronic thermostat maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, easily monitored on the digital LED display. The automatic defrost feature ensures optimal performance. Inside, the unit is constructed with a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs, complemented by a durable stainless steel exterior. Mobility is facilitated by (2) braked 2-1/2 inch swivel casters. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor.
