The IKON Refrigeration Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit offers a one-section design with a spacious 7 cu. ft. capacity. Its dimensions are 28-9/10 in W x 34-1/2 in D x 43-1/5 in H. This unit features a stainless steel top that accommodates (12) 1/6 pans, which are included. Additionally, it has (1) solid hinged door and (1) adjustable shelf. A removable cutting board complements the design, while an electronic thermostat allows for precise temperature control within a range of 33°F to 40°F, displayed digitally via an LED screen.

The unit benefits from an automatic defrost function and has a robust interior constructed from a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is finished in stainless steel on the front and sides. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2 in swivel casters, two of which are braked. It is equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizing R290 refrigerant, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, and operates on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 3.0 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
