Ikon ISP36 Refrigeration Sandwich Salad Prep Unit with 7.7cu ft Capacity

The IKON Refrigeration Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit offers a spacious two-section design with a 7.7 cu. ft. capacity, measuring 36-1/5"W x 29-9/10"D x 43-1/5"H. It features a stainless steel top equipped with an opening for (10) 1/6 pans, which are included. The unit comes with (2) solid hinged doors and (2) adjustable shelves, along with a removable cutting board for added convenience.

Temperature control is managed electronically with a range of 33°F - 40°F, displayed on a digital LED screen. It has an automatic defrost feature for easy maintenance. The interior is constructed with a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls & door backs, while the exterior is also stainless steel. The unit is supported by (2) braked, 2-1/2" swivel casters for mobility.

Equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant, it operates at 1/2 HP and 115v/60/1-ph with a current of 4.3 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit meets cULus and UL EPH standards.
