Measuring 36-1/5 in W x 34-1/2 in D x 43-1/5 in H, this unit includes a durable stainless steel top equipped with openings for (15) 1/6 pans, which are included. It is designed with (2) solid hinged doors and (2) adjustable shelves, along with a removable cutting board for convenience. The electronic thermostat maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, as displayed on a digital LED panel. This prep unit also offers automatic defrost features and an interior composed of a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs.
