The IKON Refrigeration Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit features a spacious two-section design with a 12 cu. ft. capacity. Measuring 48-1/5 inches in width, 29-9/10 inches in depth, and 43-1/5 inches in height, it boasts a durable stainless steel top that accommodates 12 included 1/6 pans for food storage. Equipped with two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves, this unit also has a removable cutting board for added convenience.

Its electronic thermostat maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F and is complemented by a digital LED temperature display. The automatic defrost function simplifies maintenance. Inside, the unit features a 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs, all housed in a sleek stainless steel exterior. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2 inch swivel casters, with two of them braked for stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and is powered by a 1/2 HP motor, operating on 115v/60/1-ph with 4.3 amps. This unit is cULus and UL EPH certified for safety and efficiency.
