Ikon ISP48M Refrigeration Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Unit, Two-Section 12 cu. ft.

The IKON Refrigeration Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit features a spacious two-section design with a 12 cu. ft. capacity, measuring 48-1/5 in W x 34-1/2 in D x 43-1/5 in H. Its stainless steel top includes an opening for (18) 1/6 pans, which are provided. The unit is equipped with (2) solid hinged doors, (2) adjustable shelves, and a removable cutting board. The electronic thermostat ensures a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, with a digital LED temperature display for easy monitoring. Additional features include automatic defrost, an interior made of 304 stainless steel flooring, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls & door backs. The exterior consists of stainless steel front and sides, along with 2-1/2 in swivel casters (two of which are braked). The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system operates on R290 refrigerant with 1/2 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, and 4.3 amps. It is cULus and UL EPH certified for safety and compliance.
