The IKON Refrigeration Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit offers a spacious two-section design with a 15.5 cu. ft. capacity. Measuring 61-1/5 inches in width, 29-9/10 inches in depth, and 43-1/5 inches in height, it features a stainless steel top designed with an opening for (16) included 1/6 pans. The unit includes (2) solid hinged doors, (2) adjustable shelves, and a removable cutting board for convenience. An electronic thermostat allows for precise temperature control within a range of 33° to 40°F, and a digital LED display ensures easy monitoring. It offers automatic defrost functionality and includes a durable interior made of 304 stainless steel flooring, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is crafted from stainless steel, and it is equipped with 2-1/2 inch swivel casters, two of which are braked. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and operates with a 1/2 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-phase, drawing 4.3 amps. The unit is cULus and UL EPH certified.
