The IKON Refrigeration Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit is designed with two sections and measures 61-1/5 inches in width, 29-9/10 inches in depth, and 43-1/5 inches in height. It features a stainless steel top with an opening for (16) 1/6 pans, which are included. The unit is equipped with (2) drawers, (1) solid hinged door, and (1) adjustable shelf, along with a removable cutting board for convenience. The electronic thermostat allows for a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, displayed digitally with an LED indicator. It includes automatic defrost functionality and boasts an interior made of a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel and comes with (2) 2-1/2 inch swivel casters, two of which are braked. This model utilizes a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant, operates at 1/2 HP, and requires 115v/60/1-ph power with a current of 4.3 amps.
