The IKON Refrigeration Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit features a two-section design measuring 61-1/5 inches in width, 29-9/10 inches in depth, and 43-1/5 inches in height. It is equipped with a stainless steel top that includes openings for (16) 1/6 pans (included) and (4) drawers. The unit comes with a removable cutting board, an electronic thermostat, and a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, which is clearly displayed on a digital LED screen. Automatic defrost is also included for convenience. The interior consists of a 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs, while the exterior is made of durable stainless steel. Movement is facilitated by (2) braked 2-1/2 inch swivel casters. It operates using a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant, a 1/2 HP compressor, and requires 115 volts, 60 Hertz, and one phase with a draw of 4.3 amps. This unit is cULus and UL EPH certified.
