The IKON Refrigeration Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit offers a spacious two-section design with a 15.5 cu. ft. capacity. Measuring 61-1/5 inches in width, 34-1/2 inches in depth, and 43-1/5 inches in height, it features a stainless steel top that accommodates (24) 1/6 pans, all included. Access is facilitated by (2) solid hinged doors, while (2) adjustable shelves provide convenience for storage. A removable cutting board is also part of the setup.

This unit is equipped with an electronic thermostat that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, displayed on a digital LED readout. The automatic defrost function enhances its efficiency. Inside, the construction includes a 304 stainless steel floor, an aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior showcases stainless steel front and sides, and mobility is assured with (2) braked 2-1/2 inch swivel casters.

The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system operates with R290 refrigerant, a 1/2 HP compressor, and connects to standard 115v/60/1-ph power (4.3 amps, NEMA 5-15P). This model complies with cULus and UL EPH standards, ensuring quality and safety.
