Its stainless steel top features an opening designed for (24) 1/6 pans, which are included. The unit is equipped with (2) solid hinged doors and (2) adjustable shelves, alongside a removable cutting board for easy food preparation. It operates within a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, managed by an electronic thermostat and displayed on a digital LED screen. Additional features include automatic defrost, an interior lined with 304 stainless steel flooring, an aluminum back wall, and ABS sidewalls and door backs.
