The IKON Refrigeration Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit boasts a three-section design with an ample 18 cu. ft. capacity. Its dimensions are 71-7/10 in W x 29-9/10 in D x 43-1/5 in H. The unit features a stainless steel top that includes an opening for (18) 1/6 pans, which are provided. It is equipped with (3) solid hinged doors and (3) adjustable shelves, along with a removable cutting board for convenience. The electronic thermostat allows for a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, with a digital LED display for easy monitoring. Additional features include automatic defrost, an interior made of 304 stainless steel flooring, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs. The exterior is also constructed of stainless steel and the unit rolls on 2-1/2 in swivel casters—two of which are braked. It incorporates a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant, operates at 1/2 HP, and requires 115v/60/1-ph at 4.3 amps. The product also meets cULus and UL EPH safety standards.
