Measuring 71-7/10 inches in width, 34-1/2 inches in depth, and 43-1/5 inches in height, it includes a stainless steel top accommodating (27) 1/6 pans, which are provided. The unit is equipped with (3) solid hinged doors and (3) adjustable shelves for customized storage options. A removable cutting board offers added convenience, while the electronic thermostat maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, displayed on a digital LED temperature display. It also features an automatic defrost function. The interior is constructed with a 304 stainless steel floor, aluminum back wall, and ABS side walls and door backs, complemented by stainless steel front and sides. The unit is mounted on 2-1/2 inch swivel casters, with (2) being braked for stability. Additionally, it operates with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system using R290 refrigerant, a 1/2 HP compressor, and is designed for 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a power draw of 4.3 amps. It meets cULus and UL EPH safety standards.
