A removable grease drawer measures 3-1/4 inches and includes a weep hole and baffle, while a 4-inch wide grease trough aids in efficient cleanup. Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet and adjustable legs, this griddle also features non-skid feet and delivers a total output of 60,000 BTU.
