The IKON Cooking Griddle features a gas countertop design measuring 24 inches wide and 34.4 inches deep. It is equipped with adjustable manual thermostatic control and a front-lit pilot light for easy operation. The griddle includes two 30,000 BTU U-shape burners and a polished steel griddle plate that is 1 inch thick. For user convenience, it has two gas control knobs, double wall insulated sides, and welded back and side splash guards, along with a rear flue. A removable grease drawer measures 3-1/4 inches and includes a weep hole and baffle, while a 4-inch wide grease trough aids in efficient cleanup. Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet and adjustable legs, this griddle also features non-skid feet and delivers a total output of 60,000 BTU. It meets CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certifications.
