The IKON Cooking Griddle features a gas-powered, countertop design measuring 48 inches wide by 34.4 inches deep. It includes adjustable manual thermostatic control and a front-lit pilot light for convenience. Equipped with four U-shape burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs, this griddle is built for high performance. The polished steel griddle plate is 1 inch thick, and the unit has four gas control knobs for easy operation. Double wall insulated sides enhance safety, while welded back and side splash guards provide additional protection. A rear flue, along with a removable grease drawer featuring a weep hole and baffle, ensures efficient grease management. The 4-inch wide grease trough complements the design, while the stainless steel cabinet and adjustable legs, complete with non-skid feet, offer stability and durability. With a total output of 120,000 BTUs, this griddle meets CSA-Sanitation, CSA Star, and CSA Flame standards for safety and performance.
