The RackStar ® 44 Dishwasher is a conveyor type machine designed for low temperature chemical sanitizing, utilizing electric tank heat and featuring a single tank design. Capable of processing approximately 223 racks per hour at a rate of 0.35 gallons per rack, this fully automatic dishwasher includes an auto-fill system and a digital temperature readout for precision monitoring. It is equipped with double-wall insulated doors at the front and EnergyGuard controls for energy efficiency. The Dual Rainbow Rinse offers options for Econo (0.35 gallons per rinse) or Turbo (0.51 gallons per rinse) rinsing. Additional features include a vent cowl collar with an adjustable damper, vent fan control, a strike plate table limit switch, splash shields, and robust stainless steel construction. It also boasts adjustable bullet feet, a powerful 3 HP pump, and a 1/4 HP conveyor, and is certified with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
