The RackStar ® 66 Dishwasher is a conveyor-type, high temperature sanitizing model featuring electric tank heating and a single tank design. With a pre-wash dimension of 22 inches, it boasts an impressive capacity of approximately 223 racks per hour, utilizing 0.35 gallons of water per rack. This fully automatic machine includes an auto-fill function, a digital temperature readout, and double-wall insulated doors at the front.
EnergyGuard controls optimize energy efficiency, while the Dual Rainbow Rinse offers select modes – Econo at 0.35 gallons per rinse and Turbo at 0.51 gallons per rinse. Additional features include a vent cowl collar with an adjustable damper, vent fan control, a strike plate table limit switch, and splash shields. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the dishwasher is equipped with adjustable bullet feet, a powerful 3 HP pump, and a 1/4 HP conveyor.
