The Jet-Tech Dishwasher is designed for high-efficiency operation in a high hood configuration, operating at high temperatures with a booster heater. It can process up to 40 racks per hour and features double-skinned insulation for enhanced durability. Equipped with a dual wash pump (2HP), it boasts stainless steel rinse arm assemblies and digital temperature displays. The system includes both detergent and rinse pumps, as well as two standard racks measuring 20 in x 20 in and a stainless steel sheet pan rack with a capacity for ten. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications and is ENERGY STAR rated for energy efficiency.
