With a generous capacity of 158 cu. ft., it can hold up to 30 1/6 GN pans, and comes with adapter bars included. This model includes three solid hinged doors, a full-depth cutting board, and operates within a temperature range of +33/+41 °F. Each door is equipped with one vinyl-coated steel shelf, and the worktop is made from durable 430 stainless steel. The unit is designed with insulated lids and boasts a sturdy construction featuring stainless steel interior and galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel exterior. It is also equipped with heavy-duty casters for easy mobility.
