The Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table (model 738253) features a two-section design with a width of 70-13/16 inches and includes self-contained side-mounted refrigeration. With a total capacity of 22.0 cubic feet, this unit accommodates nine 1/3 GN pans, with adapter bars provided. It is equipped with two solid hinged doors, a full-depth cutting board, and a temperature range of +33 to +41 °F. Each door has one vinyl-coated steel shelf, while the worktop is made of 430 stainless steel. The interior is stainless steel, and the exterior is constructed of galvanized aluminum and stainless steel. This heavy-duty table comes with casters for mobility and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 0.8kW and 7.5 amps. It is NEMA 5-15P compliant and certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
