The worktop is made of 430 stainless steel, complemented by an insulated lid and a stainless steel interior. Its exterior combines galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel materials, and it is equipped with heavy-duty casters for mobility. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit requires 115v/60/1-ph, 0.5kW, and 5 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
