The Kool-It Signature Freezer is a three-section reach-in unit with a spacious 66 cu. ft. capacity. It measures 81 in W x 32-3/4 in D x 82-7/10 in H and features three locking solid stainless steel doors. Equipped with an open door alert and a digital temperature display, it ensures optimal performance. The interior is made of stainless steel and includes nine adjustable shelves and interior lighting, designed to accommodate full-size sheet pans. The exterior is also stainless steel, and the freezer rolls on four swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. It utilizes a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant and has a 1 HP motor. The unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 9.9 amp current draw and is supplied with a NEMA 5-15P cord. Additionally, it holds ETL-Sanitation, cETLus certifications, and is ENERGY STAR certified.
