Measuring 27-1/2 inches in width, 30 inches in depth, and 42-3/5 inches in height, it maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F. The unit features an insulated lid opening equipped to hold (6) 1/6 size and (2) 1/9 size pans, accommodating both 4-inch and 6-inch deep pans (4-inch deep pans included). It includes a removable cutting board, (1) solid hinged door, and (1) adjustable shelf. Crafted from stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit also comes with (4) 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and operates on a 1/4 HP motor with a 115v/60/1-ph power supply at 4.0 amps.
