The Kool-It Signature Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit is a two-section unit with a spacious 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, measuring 48-2/5 in W x 30 in D x 42-3/5 in H. It maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F and features an insulated lid that accommodates (12) 1/6 pans, with four 4-inch deep pans included and the ability to use 6-inch deep pans. The unit comes equipped with a removable cutting board, two solid hinged doors, and two adjustable shelves. Crafted with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it is also equipped with four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked, allowing for easy mobility. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant, powered by a 1/4 HP compressor and operates on a 115v/60/1-ph electrical system with a 4.5 amp draw.
