The unit has a convenient insulated lid that opens to accommodate (18) 1/6 pans, with (4 in deep pans included and the ability to hold 6 in deep pans). A removable cutting board enhances functionality, while (3) solid hinged doors and (3) adjustable shelves provide ample storage options. Crafted with a stainless steel interior and exterior, it is also equipped with (4) 4-inch swivel casters (2 of which are braked) for easy mobility.
