The Kool-It Signature Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit offers a spacious one-section design with a 7 cu. ft. capacity. Measuring 27-1/2 inches in width, 33-1/10 inches in depth, and 44-1/5 inches in height, it maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F. The unit includes an insulated lid opening that accommodates (9) 1/6 size and (3) 1/9 size pans, with 4-inch deep pans included, allowing for compatibility with 6-inch deep pans as well.

Features also encompass a removable cutting board, a solid hinged door, and an adjustable shelf. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the unit is equipped with (4) 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor operating at 4.2 amps on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, complete with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
