This unit features two insulated lid openings that accommodate up to 24 1/6 size pans, including four included 4-inch deep pans, and it can also hold 6-inch deep pans. A removable cutting board adds convenience, while two solid hinged doors and two adjustable shelves enhance functionality. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it is equipped with four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked.
