The Kool-It Signature Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Unit boasts a spacious three-section design with a capacity of 20.2 cu. ft. Measuring 72.4 inches in width, 33.1 inches in depth, and 44.2 inches in height, it maintains a temperature range of 33-40°F. This unit features two insulated lid openings that can hold up to thirty 1/6 size pans (4 inches deep pans are included, with capacity for 6-inch deep pans as well). Additional highlights include a removable cutting board, three solid hinged doors, and three adjustable shelves. The interior and exterior are constructed from durable stainless steel, and it is equipped with four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked.
