The LG Heavy Duty Griddle features an electric countertop design with an expansive 48-inch wide by 23-inch deep cooking surface. It boasts a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate and operates with a snap-action thermostat ranging from 200 ° to 550 ° F, powered by 6000W elements positioned every 12 inches. Constructed with a welded steel frame and a stainless steel exterior, this model includes a 5-inch tapered wrap-around splash guard and an 8-quart grease drawer for easy cleanup. The griddle stands on 4-inch stainless steel legs, offering a 1-5/8 inch adjustment for added stability. It meets NSF and cETLus certifications and is proudly made in the USA.
