Each oven is equipped with independent digital temperature controls for both the top and bottom, along with a digitally controlled conveyor speed that accommodates cooking times of up to twenty minutes. Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and a high heat-resistant aluminized steel interior, it ensures durability and performance. The oven's fully insulated design maintains a cooler exterior surface while providing a consistent internal temperature. Each end is equipped with a removable crumb tray for easy debris collection.
