The Italforni America Stone Conveyor Oven features a 23 ¼â€ wide stone belt and operates with electricity. Two units can be stacked vertically, allowing for increased production without requiring additional floor space. It is equipped with independent digital temperature controls for both the top and bottom, as well as a digitally controlled conveyor speed, capable of cooking times of up to twenty minutes. The exterior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, while the interior utilizes high heat resistant aluminized steel for optimal performance. Full insulation helps maintain a consistent interior temperature and keeps the exterior cooler. Each end has a removable crumb tray for easy debris collection.
