The Italforni America Stone Conveyor Oven features a 31 ¼â€ wide stone belt and operates electrically, allowing for the option to stack two units for increased production within the same footprint. It includes independent digital temperature controls for both the top and bottom, as well as a digitally controlled conveyor speed that accommodates cooking times of up to twenty minutes. Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and a high-heat resistant aluminized steel interior, this oven is fully insulated to maintain a cooler exterior and a consistent interior temperature. Additionally, each end is equipped with a removable crumb tray for easy debris collection. This oven is made in Italy and carries cETLus certification, operating at 35kw, 240/60/3-ph, and 98 amps.
