This versatile oven is perfect for cooking a variety of foods including pizza, pita, bread, as well as for slow-cooking meat and fish. It can be fueled by wood, gas, or a combination of both, and heats up quickly to a maximum temperature of 1000 ° Fahrenheit (537 °C). The oven is designed for efficient temperature maintenance, ensuring there is no heat loss during cooking. Constructed with a heavy-duty steel stand, it includes a debris collector and offers customization options for mosaic colors, patterns, and branding. Additionally, there are several door options available, and it can operate on propane or natural gas with either a left or right burner setup.
