The Eikon Convection and Microwave Small Speed Oven features two rack positions and ventless cooking capability, designed for efficiency and convenience. It is equipped with EasyTouch controls, USB memory, and built-in diagnostic testing. The bottom-hinged door enhances accessibility and ease of use. Included with the oven are two cast turntables, a cool-down pan, a cleaner kit, a turntable disk, an oven tray handle, a Teflon sheet, and two chromium-plated steel racks. Constructed from stainless steel, this unit requires a NEMA 6-30P, 30 amp power supply, operating at 4.7kW, 208/240v/60/1-ph. It is certified by CE, NSF, and cULus for quality and safety.
