The C5 1 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet offers a mobile, half-height design with a clear polycarbonate door. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat capable of reaching up to 190 °F. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides spaced 3 inches apart, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating (8) 18 in x 26 in or (16) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in pan capacities. It sits on 5-inch casters, with 2 equipped with brakes, and is constructed from aluminum. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is certified cULus and NSF.
