The C5 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height solution featuring a non-insulated design and a clear polycarbonate door. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 190 °F. The cabinet comes equipped with universal wire slides that are positioned on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1 1/2-inch increments, accommodating (14) 18 in x 26 in pans or (26) 12 in x 20 in x 2 1/2 in pans. With 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, this aluminum cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and meets the NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF certifications.
