The C5 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet features a striking Red Insulation Armour and is designed for mobility, standing at half height. It offers excellent insulation and comes equipped with a clear polycarbonate door for visibility. A removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access, while the thermostat can be set up to 200 °F. It includes universal wire slides positioned on 3-inch centers that are adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, accommodating either (8) 18 x 26-inch pans or (16) 12 x 20 x 2.5-inch pans. The cabinet is supported by 5-inch casters, with 2 equipped with brakes, ensuring stability and ease of movement. Made of durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power capacity of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug.
