The C5 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet features a striking Red Insulation Armour finish and is designed for mobility with its 3/4 height profile. It includes an insulated, clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can reach up to 200 °F, making it ideal for a range of heating needs. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides spaced on 3-inch centers, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, allowing for flexibility in accommodating either (14) 18 in x 26 in pans or (26) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in pans. It rolls smoothly on 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug.
